MSCA and Citizens: Should Table 3.1a be used exactly as provided in the application form? Can there be numbering like 1.1,1.2, etc.?

Work Packages should be numbered WP1, WP2, etc. They cannot be numbered 1.1 and 1.2 as the system will not allow them to be encoded like that during the Grant Agreement Preparation phase. Moreover, the titles of the Work Packages are already given in the call documents.

Applicants should be careful to duplicate each Work Package for both editions - WP1, WP2, etc. for YEAR 1, and WP3, WP4, etc. for YEAR 2.

MSCA and citizens: Are organisations allowed to participate in two different MSCA and Citizens applications?

Yes, one organisation can participate in several proposals. However, different project activities should be proposed, in case all proposals get funded.

MSCA and Citizens: Is it necessary to divide Work Packages in two (one for each year) according to lump sums – for example, Awareness campaign 1, Awareness campaign 2? Is it enough to have one table for Work Packages with the same description?

Applicants can have the same table for each Work Package related to the same activity and include in it the description for both parts of the project. Applicants can also see the Guidance for lump sum funding in Horizon Europe.

All actions: Why were MSCA templates tagged in 2022?

The use of electronic tags in proposal templates has been applied at corporate level to most of the programmes funded by the European Commission. It aims to facilitate plagiarism checks, for purely internal processing purposes, by separating the different sections of a proposal. It has neither been used nor intended to be used during the MSCA evaluations.

All actions: When will the Green Charter be referenced in all proposal templates as it is the case already for Doctoral Networks and Staff Exchanges?

As of 2023 there will be a more coordinated approach across all actions.
