All actions: When will the Green Charter be referenced in all proposal templates as it is the case already for Doctoral Networks and Staff Exchanges?

As of 2023 there will be a more coordinated approach across all actions.

DN: How will “Network Organisation” & “Green Charter” be treated during evaluation?

The Green charter and the Network organisation are not assessed per se, as they are not explicitly evaluation criteria.

However, those aspects need to be developed in part B2, and can be assessed in as much as they have an impact on an evaluation criterion e.g. on the “Quality and effectiveness of the work plan”.

Additionally, if some compulsory elements of the network organisation are not present, e.g. a supervisory board, or the joint admission, selection, supervision, monitoring and assessment for DN-Joint Doctorates, this can be penalised under the implementation criterion.
