SE: How can column 4 “Number of person-months involved per secondment” in Table 1 in the Excellence section in the Staff Exchanges application form be interpreted?

Concerning Table 1 in the Excellence part of the proposal, column 4 refers to the number of person-months of secondments per Work Package. Footnote 2 states applicants have to encode person months for Research & Innovation activities only (i.e. person-months for management, communication and dissemination, etc. should not be encoded in the table).
