Yes, they are. The unit costs in the 2023 call were 2300 EUR and the unit costs in 2024 are 2710 EUR. Unit costs were updated in version 2.0 of the 2023-2025 MSCA Work Programme that was published on 17.04.2024; the previous version (1.0) is available at the Funding and Tenders portal, under Reference documents here.
