SE: Is it possible to pay trainers (internal or external) to give lectures to the seconded staff during secondments?

It is a common practice in Staff Exchanges projects to offer internal and external trainings. These external trainings can be covered either by Research, training and networking costs or even Management costs depending on the project. It is best to do these trainings with external experts when several secondments have already been implemented. It is also common for the coordinator to collect part of the Research, training and networking costs in a “common pot” for these trainings.
