SE: In a MSCA Staff Exchanges project, there is a beneficiary and an associated partner linked to it in the consortium. Who is supposed to declare the mobility in the EC Portal when a staff member hired by the associated partner has implemented a secondment – is it the sending organisation (beneficiary) or the project coordinator?

The secondment (mobility) has to be reported by the institution which receives and is responsible for the funding related to this secondment – the beneficiary.

The beneficiaries submit their mobility declarations and the coordinator only submits for themselves and the Third countries (associated) partners, if any.
