There are two issues to be careful about: on the financial level (potential double-funding) and on the level of activities.
In terms of double-funding - the sending institution needs to make sure that the overall MSCA SE financial contribution for the seconded postdoc is used to cover costs other than the ones already covered from the other HE project (for example: cost for consumables). This is a question at the level of internal accounting at the sending institution and it is fairly easy to work out.
Regarding the issue
with activities - it would only be possible if both MSCA SE and the other Horizon Europe project have scheduled the exact same activity
for a given employee for a given period. Please note that beneficiaries should
normally keep timesheets for HE-funded projects, and they also need to report
on the activities carried out during the MSCA SE secondment.
