DN/ PF: In the common template for Letters of Commitment it is implied that an individual commits the entity to the project. Within an organisation they maintain dual signatures on such documents. Will their commitment be disregarded if the wording is changed to reflect that two employees will provide such assurance?

The Letter of Commitment template can be adapted and two signatures can be added. Furthermore, it must be clearly specified in which role each person signs.
