DN: Is a research organisation that cannot provide PhD degrees allowed to coordinate a Doctoral Networks proposal if other collaborators of the project can provide PhD degrees?

There are no restrictions for a research organisation to provide PhD degrees to coordinate a Doctoral Networks proposal (Regular, Joint or Industrial Doctorates) as far as the minimum requirements regarding the consortium are met.
