SE: Can a beneficiary send a retired researcher on a secondment in a MSCA Staff Exchanges project under Horizon Europe?

To be eligible, the staff member in question must have a link with the beneficiary (e.g. Emeritus statute) which would confer to the organisation hierarchical power and necessary legal means in terms of controls and instructions to ensure the implementation of the activities in line with the Grant Agreement obligations. The latter must clearly appear in the contractual document linking the staff member to the organisation.
