PF: Is it common for applicants to apply for a 12-month Postdoctoral Fellowship? Is being awarded a 24-month PF more likely than being awarded a 12-month one?

It is uncommon, but not necessary detrimental to the proposal. For the 2021 PF call there were only 2 12-month projects funded. For comparison, there were over 950 24-month projects funded.
