PF: Can the co-supervisor in a Postdoctoral Fellowships proposal be from a different institution than the host organisation?

Yes, the co-supervisor can be from another institution. It is best to describe it in the relevant sections of Part B, i.e.the reason behind such a choice and the arragement itself, in the context of the proposed project objectives – both research and training ones.

PF: Is it possible to have a supervisor as well as a co-supervisor at the same host organisation?

Actually, there is only one main supervisor - “primary supervisor”, who needs to be identified in the application form. The beneficiary is free to appoint other co-supervisors, but they will have to be registered in Part A of the application form as “Other contact persons”. For the purpose of the evaluation, experts will only take into account the main supervisor.
