SE: Does a seconded person need to physically be at the secondment organisation for a full month for it to be eligible? Can they go to a conference in another country during this time?

A secondment needs the physical presence of the secondee for at least 1 month to be eligible. Time spent away from the host organisation at a conference has to be deducted from the secondment time.
