PF: Regarding the mobility rule, would any 12 months spent in the country of the host institution within the last 36 months make the fellow ineligible for that country?

Yes. For example, 7 months residing in country A in 2022 and 6 months working in the same country in 2023 would make the applicant ineligible for country A in 2024.
