PF: If an applicant resides and works full-time in country A, but has an additional contract in country B, can they apply for MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowship with an organisation in country B?

Main activity stipulates that researchers must dedicate more than 50% of their employment time to a given contract. Applying to country B should be allowed as the ‘main activity’ (more than 50% of the working time) is in country A.
