PF: An applicant submitted their Postdoctoral Fellowships proposal to another funding call and received funding. They can resubmit their proposal for the new Postdoctoral Fellowships call. Can they do it as long as they have not started working on the project within the other call?

As long as the project has not started and there is no double funding, they can resubmit.
