DN: Should UK partners be treated as third country participants for the 2023 Doctoral Networks call or as beneficiaries?

For the 2023 call the transitional arrangements are still in place (FAQ 31046). This means that for the 2023 MSCA calls UK participants must be included as beneficiaries in the proposal. They will need to change status to an Associated Partner during the GAP. The funding will come from the Horizon Europe Guarantee, and in order to be eligible for the guarantee, they must be included as a beneficiary in the proposal.
