COFUND: What happens if a researcher resigns before being employed for three months in COFUND? Does this make the associated costs ineligible? Or does the “minimum three months” rule apply to the duration initially offered in the working contract, and not to the effective duration of the researcher’s recruitment?

The “minimum three months” rule refers to the duration of the contract offered to the fellow. If the fellow resigns before being employed for three months, the costs are still eligible, but a remark should be made to the Project Officer that the fellow left early.
