PF: In case of a Third Country national fellow who would like to apply for a Global Fellowship, who does not have five consecutive years of residence within a EU Member State or an Associated Country, and who is applying for a European nationality, when will the researcher be eligible?

The researcher will only be eligible if they obtain European nationality before the call deadline.
