PF: Does the mobility rule in Global Fellowships refer to the outgoing host?

Indeed, for the Global Postdoctoral Fellowships, the mobility rule concerns the outgoing phase. The researcher cannot have resided or carried out their main activity (work, studies, etc.) in the country of the associated partner hosting the outgoing phase for more than 12 months in the 36 months immediately before the call deadline. (p. 8 of the PF Guide for Applicants).
