DN: Is the awarding of doctoral degrees a mandatory deliverable for Doctoral Networks (Table 3.1c – Deliverables List on p. 37 of the DN Proposal Template)?

This is not a mandatory deliverable but an optional one; the award of doctoral degrees can happen also after the end of the action.
