DN: If a consortium already has beneficiaries that can award PhDs, can they also include an associated partner whose only involvement would be to enroll some of the fellows in a PhD programme?

In a Doctoral Networks project, there is no problem to add as Associated Partner (with or without link to a Beneficiary) a legal entity whose only role is to enroll one or some of the fellows in a PhD programme (considered as a contribution to the training programme), even if beneficiaries of the same project can award PhDs.
