DN: Is it possible to change the PIC of an organisation under the DN action after a proposal is submitted (during the GAP, if proposal is successful) and what should be done?

The LEAR can at any time contact the Validation Service and update the information related to the institution and its PIC.

In case of a clerical error in the PIC of a beneficiary, it can be corrected at Grant Agreement Preparation stage, should the proposal be selected for funding. However, if the change of PIC has an impact on the entity’s status/ sector, it may also affect the proposal’s eligibility (in particular in a DN-ID), so this should be taken into consideration.
